Periodic report generation
With this service (available since firmware verion 4.5.8) you can configure the generation of periodic reports according to a user'defined planning policy. Currently, it is possible to generate periodic reports concerning the Call Center CDR.
How to create a new periodic report
Periodic reports can be defined in the following page: Operating menu -> Monitoring -> Periodic reports.
Per impostare la generazione di un nuovo report è sufficiente cliccare sulla voce “Aggiungi nuovo report”
in alto a sinistra del pannello dopo aver selezionato dal relativo menu a tendina la tipologia di report che si vuole ottenere (per il momento è disponibile solo il report CDR Call Center).
Comparirà un form come quello rappresentato di seguito.
