Description

This service lets a caller subscribe to a call when the extension they are attempting to reach is busy. This service is exclusive to extensions calling other extensions.

If a user wishes to subscribe to a call, they must dial the CCBS call (disabled by default) within 20 seconds of the end of the call. KalliopePBX will confirm the subscription by playing the "Saved" audio file. When the busy user is free, the PBX will call the user who made the subscription (their phone display will show the label c2c followed by the number of the extension they subscribed to), and once they answer, they will make the call to the other user.

If the user wishes to cancel their subscription, they must dial the CCBS cancel code (disabled by default). KalliopePBX will confirm by playing the "Saved" audio file.

A subscription is valid for one hour. If a new subscription is made before the previous one expires, the old one will be automatically canceled (only one subscription can be active per extension).

Configuration

The service can be enabled/disabled in the PBX -> Numbering plan page.

The service code can be changed in the PBX -> Numbering plan page.

Interoperabilità

Quando si utilizza il servizio CCBS può essere utile avere a disposizione un tasto che consenta di effettuare la prenotazione e uno che consenta di annullarla.
Questa operazione è normalmente effettuata configurando due tasti funzione di tipo Speed Dial con valore pari rispettivamente al codice di prenotazione e annullamento prenotazione.
