Nel registro delle chiamate registrate il privacyadmin (così come gli utenti eventualmente da lui delegati) può accedere alla lista delle registrazioni delle chiamate, effettuare ricerche avanzate, ascoltare le registrazioni direttamente dal browser web (cliccando sul simbolo [[File:play.png]]) oppure scaricarle sul proprio PC (cliccando sul simbolo [[File:save.png]]) .
On the log of recorded calls, the privacyadmin (and any users delegated by them) can view the list of recorded calls, use the advanced search function, listen to recordings directly from their browser (by clicking on [[File:play.png]] ), or download them to their computer (by clicking on [[File:download.png]] ).


Ogni mese viene creato automaticamente un nuovo tab per rendere la consultazione più agevole.
Every month, a new tab will be automatically created for ease of viewing. The calls are shown by default from most to least recent, and list the following information:
Le chiamate vengono elencate di default dalla più recente alla più vecchia, e riportano:
*UniqueID, a unique call identifier

*Date and time of the beginning and the end of the recording
* Data e ora di inizio e fine della registrazione
*Direction, i.e. which conversation flow was recorded (in / out / both / mix)

* Tipo di registrazione effettuata (incondizionata / su richiesta)
*Archiving volume (local / remote storage)
* Volume di archiviazione (storage locale / remoto)
