Come tutti i servizi in chiamata il trasferimento diretto richiede che non sia stato attivato il Direct Media sulla chiamata in corso.<br>
As for every on-call service, blind transfer requires Direct Media to be disabled for the ongoing call. If Direct Media is enabled, a blind transfer can be executed by pressing the specific function key made available by the specific phone model.  
Nel caso in cui il Direct Media sia attivo è necessario utilizzare il tasto funzione messo a disposizione dallo specifico modello di telefono.  


Operativamente il trasferimento diretto viene effettuato digitando il relativo codice di servizio in chiamata (default ''#4''). <br>

Il KalliopePBX richiederà  quindi tramite prompt vocale di digitare il numero dell'interno a cui inoltrare la chiamata. <br>

L'acquisizione delle cifre dell'interno può essere terminata con il tasto ''#'' altrimenti viene automaticamente terminata dopo un timeout (2 sec). <br>
The transferer will then dial the desired extension number and press the # key or wait for default timeout (2 seconds).<br>
In questa fase il centralino riprodurrà  una musica di attesa verso il telefono del trasferito (definita dal servizio Music on Hold). <br>

Quando il destinatario del trasferimento risponde viene messo direttamente in comunicazione con il trasferito.<br>

Blind Transfer

Description

This service allows a user (transferer) to directly transfer a call with a third party (transferred) to another PBX user. When blind transfer is used, the transferer loses control over the call as soon as they begin the transfer.

If the addressee of the blind transfer does not answer the call (busy, not available, not registered), the failover action set for that specific extension in the Extensions page is executed.

The default failover action for a blind transfer is Return to transferer: the call is returned to transferer and the prefix "R:" is added to the CallerID to notify that it is a return of a call transfer.
