Questo servizio consente di prenotare la richiamata ad un interno che l'utente ha provato a contattare ma è risultato occupato.<br>
Il servizio funziona esclusivamente quando sia chiamante che chiamato sono un interno.


Operativamente l'utente che vuole prenotare la richiamata digita il codice di prenotazione richiamata su occupato (default disabilitato) entro 20 secondi dal termine della chiamata verso l'utente occupato.<br>
==Description==
Il KPBX conferma la prenotazione riproducendo il prompt vocale "Salvato".<br>
Quando l'utente occupato si libera il KalliopePBX chiama l'utente che ha fatto la prenotazione (sul display del telefono chiamante viene visualizzata l'etichetta c2c seguita dall'interno su ci è stata prenita la chiamata) e non appena questo risponde fa partire la chiamata verso l'altro utente.
 
Nel caso in cui l'utente voglia annullare la prenotazione digita il codice di annullamento prenotazione richiamata su occupato (default disabilitato).<br>
Anche in questo caso il KPBX conferma l'annullamento della prenotazione riproducendo il prompt vocale "Salvato".


La prenotazione di richiamata ha una validità di 1 ora. <br>

Nel caso in cui venga effettuata una nuova prenotazione prima della scadenza della precedente, la vecchia viene automaticamente annullata (è possibile mantenere una sola prenotazione attiva per interno).

This service is valid for one hour. If the service is activated again before the previous activation expires, the old one will be automatically canceled (only one instance can be active per extension).
Quando si utilizza il servizio CCBS può essere utile avere a disposizione un tasto che consenta di effettuare la prenotazione e uno che consenta di annullarla. <br>
 
Questa operazione è normalmente effettuata configurando due tasti funzione di tipo Speed Dial con valore pari rispettivamente al codice di prenotazione e annullamento prenotazione.
