The Fast Transfer service allows an extension to transfer an in progress call to a mobile number that was previously linked to the extension. This service is useful for users who wish to continue a call on their mobile if they need to leave their workstation.

Quando viene attivato questo servizio il KalliopePBX effettua una chiamata verso il numero cellulare impostato e una volta stabilita la comunicazione effettua il bridging della chiamata originale in ingresso con la nuova chiamata verso il cellulare. La comunicazione resta pertanto sempre ancorata sul centralino.
When this service is enabled, KalliopePBX calls the previously configured mobile number and once communication has been established it bridges the original call with the new one to the mobile phone.


E’ quindi possibile anche ritornare in comunicazione sul proprio interno (analogamente al primo trasferimento il KalliopePBX contatta dapprima l’interno e quindi interconnette i canali di chiamata).
The user can then restore communication on their extension (as with the first transfer, KalliopePBX will first call the extension then interconnect the call channels).


Operativamente l’utente che vuole trasferire la chiamata verso il proprio cellulare e viceversa deve semplicemente digitare il codice di trasferimento rapido (default **). Non appena l’utente risponde sul dispositivo destinatario del trasferimento la chiamata verso il dispositivo originale viene abbattuta e la comunicazione prosegue sul nuovo dispositivo.

Per abilitare il servizio per lo specifico interno è invece sufficiente inserire il numero mobile nel pannello di definizione dell’interno.
