Questo servizio consente ad un utente (trasferente) di consultare un terzo soggetto prima di trasferirgli la comunicazione con l'altro utente coinvolto nella chiamata (trasferito).
This service lets a user (transferer) consult another PBX user before transferring a call with a third party (transferred). With this service, the transferer can regain control of the call whenever they want.
Quando viene utilizzata questa modalità  di trasferimento il trasferente può in ogni momento riprendere il controllo della comunicazione.<br>
Nel caso in cui il destinatario del trasferimento non riesca a rispondere alla chiamata (perché occupato, assente o non registrato) viene applicata l'azione di trabocco su trasferimento definita per l'interno nel relativo [[Interni|pannello Interni]].<br>
Inoltre una volta avviata la consultazione del terzo utente può commutare tra i due utenti mediante un codice rapido o convertire il trasferimento in una conferenza a tre.


Operativamente il trasferimento con offerta viene effettuato digitando il relativo codice di servizio in chiamata (default ''*4'').<br>
If the addressee of the attended transfer does not answer the call (busy, not available, not registered), the failover action set for that specific extension in the [[AdminGuide:BasicConcepts:Extensions_and_SIP_accounts/en#Extensions_configuration|Extensions]] page is executed.  
Il KalliopePBX richiederà quindi tramite prompt vocale di digitare il numero dell'interno a cui inoltrare la chiamata.<br>
L'acquisizione delle cifre dell'interno può essere terminata con il tasto # altrimenti viene automaticamente terminata dopo un timeout (2 sec). <br>
In questa fase il centralino riprodurrà  una musica di attesa verso il telefono del trasferito (definita dal servizio Music on Hold). <br>


Durante la consultazione del terzo utente (anche se non ha ancora risposto o se viene avviata un azione di trabocco) il trasferente può in qualsiasi momento annullare il trasferimento utilizzando lo specifico codice (default *0).

Una volta che il consultato ha risposto ed è stato messo in comunicazione con il trasferente possono invece verificarsi le seguenti situazioni:
An attended transfer is performed by dialing the configured on-call service code (by default ''#4'').<br>
* il trasferente decide di annullare il trasferimento tramite lo specifico codice (default ''*0'')  
KalliopePBX will play audio instructions and ask for the extension number of the addressee.<br>
* il trasferente commuta tra il trasferito e il consultato con il codice relativo (default ''*9'')
The transferer will then dial the desired extension number and press the # key or wait for default timeout (2 seconds).<br>
* il trasferente converte il trasferimento in una conferenza a tre mediante il codice relativo (default ''*3'')
In the meantime, the transferred party will hear the hold music configured in the Music on Hold page.<br>
* il destinatario del trasferimento lo rifiuta (riaggancia). In questo caso la comunicazione originale viene automaticamente ripristinata
* il destinatario del trasferimento lo accetta. In questo caso è il trasferente a riagganciare e viene stabilita la comunicazione tra trasferito e destinatario del trasferimento


Come tutti i servizi in chiamata il trasferimento diretto richiede che non sia stato attivato il Direct Media sulla chiamata in corso.<br>
During consultation with the other user (even if they have not answered yet or if a failover action is executed) the transferer can at any moment cancel the transfer by dialing the necessary code (by default ''*0'').
Nel caso in cui il Direct Media sia attivo è necessario utilizzare le procedure messe a disposizione dallo specifico modello di telefono. <br>
In questo caso però le azioni di trabocco su trasferimento non vengono applicate.

Once the addressee has answered and is talking to the transferer, the following situations might occur:
* the transferer decides to cancel the transfer by dialing the corresponding code (by default ''*0'');
* the transferer switches between the transferred party and the addressee by dialing the corresponding code (by default ''*9'');
* the transferer converts the transfer into a three-way call by dialing the corresponding code (by default ''*3'');
* the addressee refuses the transfer by hanging up, and the original conversation is automatically restored;
* The addressee accepts the call, the transferer hangs up, and conversation begins between the transferred party and the addressee.
 
As for every on-call service, attended transfer requires Direct Media to be disabled for the ongoing call. If Direct Media is enabled, a blind transfer can be executed by pressing the specific function key made available by the specific phone model. In this case, failover actions on transfer will not be executed.

Description
